Migration from tcod to bracket-lib and UI update

The first key addition of this PR is changing Innit's underlying engine from tcod to bracket-lib.

The second substantial change concerns the UI:

  • the bottom panel has been changed to a side panel
  • the UI is fully mouse compatible
