Signature Check not patched 10.4.x-xxU emunand

Whats expected: Signature check disabled can install cia
What Happens: Signature Check still enabled after cfw "CakesFW" is loaded
is disable signature check ticked in boot options? : yes it is all options excluding autoboot are enabled.

Im not sure why this issue is happening..

Can you report the CakesFW version and firmware.bin version?

Sure ive tried latest stable & nightly(currently installed) both same result how do i check the bin version i believe its 9.2 as i could not find 10.4 from googling only 9.x.

There's a link for firmware.bin downloads that needs more attention. Please consider giving it that. Also please send me the md5sum of your current firmware.bin.

This is most definitely the user's fault, I'm also on N3DS 10.4 with the correct firmware files from Nintendo servers and it works without any problems.
