Allow drag-drop of files directly into SEToolbox.

Need to detect the file type and act appropriately.

Detect ~~.vox~~ .vx2 files for asteroids.
Detect .sbc files for other content.
Detect 3D models, open 3D Import screen..
Detect image files, open image import screen.

And not throw an exception on invalid or corrupt content.
