Encode any mp4 and mkv videos in a folder to webm VP9 using ffmpeg.
In vp9me.sh set your desired quality.
To process videos in a directory recursively, edit dir in vp9me_rec.sh and run it.
For single files use vp9me.sh $FILENAME.
