Simple HTTP Pub/Sub server

A thttpd fork which is both a HTTP1.1 web server and a convenient Publish/Subscribe message broker.

Support SSE (Server Side Event) and several outdated polling strategies.

handballer 1.2 is based on thttpd version 2.25b of 29dec2003
