Agent-based modeling simulations of Pantoea
To run NL4Py-script/replicas.py:
python NL4Py-script/replicas.py <n> <path to netlogo>
Where the number of replications n and the path to the NetLogo installation are required. The code has been run using NetLogo 6.2.0.
