Full homepage styling, implements #2
Not yet done: Calling the endpoint in the voting actions and different Trending Card design (if it is to be like that really)
Also currently mocking the Trending Stories due to the endpoint not being done yet.
The navbar is only in an initial stage but that is not relevant to this PR.
