How to get anchor value from array?

Please help me solve the problem.

Task: Get the anchor value from the file.

File content:

_anchors_:
  - &_vipAddressApp "10.8.70.141"
  - &_virtualRouterID 84

Tried: $ cat values.yaml | yq '._anchors_[] | select(.name == "_vipAddressApp")'

Expected: Get the value "10.8.70.141".
