Which extractor is used for e621?

e621 falls under the "Danbooru Instances" for the supported sites, yet looking at the example "gallery-dl.conf" shows that there's both a "Danbooru" and "e621" extractor. So I'm not entirely sure if I'm meant to use one or both.

Also, is there any sort of guide that says what I need from e621 in order to grab the images? Sorry if this is all blindingly obvious, I'm still learning.

There is a generic Danbooru extractor (capital D) that handles several danbooru instances, including e621,
and then there are the category names for single sites like e621, danbooru, atfbooru.

To configure all of these sites at once, you can use Danbooru in your config file. To set options for only a single site, you use its category name, i.e. e621.

And no, there is no specific guide for e621 or any other site. I don't think you need anything special here. If you want to use your account for downloading, you need to specify your username and API key (as password), see extractor.*.username & .password. It might be necessary for accessing your favorites if they are private.
