Is it possible to allow custom dimension? or allow both horizontal and vertical Ratio Aspect

Hi, I want to upscale some videos for Youtube shorts but my video is vertical 720x1280, but the dimension only allow Horizontal. Is it possible to add an option to add custom size dimension or allow vertical aspect ratio.

just edit the main.go file and add your dimension, then build with go.
