对于您提供的三处修改，我的意见如下：

不接受，我们应该用尊称来称呼读者
接受，这是笔误
不接受，这篇文章尚未完成。文章开头道"这一节讲述的是如何手动下载并安装至启动器"，因为启动器鸽了，所以这篇文章仅仅是作为替代（占位符）

如果仅仅是提出修改建议，那么Issues会更合理。
