Configuring bucket notification emits an error

Expected behavior

arn:minio:sqs::ARGO:webhook ARN created with event notification allowed on the bucket

Actual behavior

./mc event add gama-minio/user4-5fe30ef289188b1a76ee1677 arn:minio:sqs:::webhook --event "put,delete
mc: Unable to enable notification on the specified bucket. A specified destination ARN does not exist or is not well-formed. Verify the destination ARN.
