Closes #218

Description of the change

  • Add 'Add to a list' pattern, which communicates the pattern for looping people through adding variations of the same information over multiple pages
  • Add link to the GitHub discussion for others to add to and iterate on the pattern
  • Update guidance on existing 'Add another' component, including adding a link to the 'Add to a list pattern'.

This pattern doesn't include working code, only screenshots and guidance. This pattern utilises existing GOV.UK components in describing how to use the pattern, reducing overhead and maintenance.
