Toc-Deleter.exe is a Windows application.Toc-Deleter.py is a python script.
The operation is easy. Just drag and drop toc.ncx to Toc-Deleter.exe.
You can also execute the file with toc.ncx in the same location as Toc-Deleter.exe.
