remember volume setting for headphone

macOS 10.15.5
Mixxx 2.3.0-beta (build 2.3 r7489)

For my taste the default headphone volume is too loud.

1. turn head down
2. restart mixxx

Currently: head volume back to default (50%)
Expected: remember adjusted volume

Besides the persistence issue, please keep in mind that the 'Volume' controls exposed in the Master/Headphone mixer are GAIN controls, thus they are appropriate to compensate for low levels but they'll most likely clip if set too high (which won't happen with true Volume controls like Vol faders of decks).
