Skins are missing KEY button

The following skins are missing the KEY lock button:

• both variants of Shade and ShadeDark
• both variants of Phoney and PhoneyDark
• both variants of LateNight and LateNightBlues
• both variants of Deere

We can target a subset of these for the 1.9 beta so that we don't overload our artist(s) with work.

You know, I miss something here, where is the Key lock button in Mixxx preferences?

Hey Irwin,

The key-lock is going to be a GUI button in 1.9.0, not a preference option. The outlineNetbook skin is currently the only skin with a key-lock button in it.
