create touch friendly skin derived from LateNight

Ideas for the touch friendly skin:

* having a button on the skin that launches a window that displays the current IPs (for music transfer)
* having a button on the skin that launches a custom application (ex: network-manager) so that the user can configure the network without having to go to the desktop environment; the application that is launched should be configurable in the preferences
* having a power indicator directly on the skin (like we have the CPU use indicator) - https://bugs.launchpad.net/mixxx/+bug/661446 ?
* moving the toolbar to the top of skin
* could be named LateNightTouch or something else that reminds it is derived from LateNight ?
