cue before beatgrid with quantize on

We have recently introduced a feature that the cue point moved to beatgrid if quantize is enabled.
Since a non beat grid has no beats before the beats beats the cue may be moved a surprising long distance to the first beat.

As a band aid, I suggest not to move the cue point if it is before the start of the first detected beat.

A full solution would be to extend virtual beats into the preroll.
