This tool is Command Line IP Messenger.
The purpose that can send and receive the Message.

I develop it now. (Manual Driven Development)
Now doing Development by PHP 5.5.20 on Fedora Linux.

Usage(Plan)

$ php ipmsg makeconfig
$ php ipmsg login [<config path>] &
$ php ipmsg users
$ php ipmsg send <user id>
$ php ipmsg msgs [<message id>]
$ php ipmsg logout
