Simple build environment for compiling the kernel module for AVM Fritz!PCI
ISDN cards on systems with more or less recent versions of the Linux
kernel.

Just run ./build-fcpci-patched.sh and the module will be installed at
the correct location.

2011-10-26: tested with kernel 2.6.38
