This repository contains R scripts used to analyze RNA-seq data for the following manuscript: Vecchio, Lo Buono, ... Battaglia. 2018. Abnormal neutrophil signature in the blood and pancreas of pre-symptomatic and symptomatic type 1 diabetes.

Scripts are numbered in order of use; some files or objects generated by earlier scripts are used downstream.

Raw sequencing data and gene counts objects are available in the NCBI GEO archive associated with the manuscript, which will become public at the time of publication.
