This patchset adds pkg-config files and the associated Autotools changes for libcola, libavoid, libvpsc and libtopology. It mostly allows cleaning up of the build systems of applications that depend on adaptagrams.

I didn't add a .pc file for libproject as that is not listed on http://www.adaptagrams.org/.

Thanks Aidan!

Since we dual-license these libraries and make them available commercially as well as under LGPL, if you contribute code to the project and would like it to appear in the main Adaptagrams repository, we require that you assign the copyright on your changes to Monash Univeristy with the following statement: "I hereby assign copyright in these changes to Monash University, to be licensed under the same terms as the rest of the code."

If you are happy with this, its fine for you to post it as a comment to this pull request.

Michael. I'm happy to assign copyright. Another strategy I've seen is for committees to licence patches under BSD or totally public domain. I'm happy with that too.

I nearby assign copyright for this patch set to Monash University.
