Change in display datum to align wells

As a geologist
I want to be able to flatten on a marker (ie set the reference datum for all displayed wells to a particular marker's depth rather than sea level or KB elevation) so I can more easily compare stratigraphic patterns across wells

This will be a challenge and require some calculation from deviations
