glob searching often fails #14

Using glob search generally now is failing to complete the search. (Only the top search bar appears, nothing below that.) The URL is updated (http://mmisw.org/experimental/cfsn/#/search/!g/) but nothing appears. Just entering that URL appears to duplicate the problem. I thought glob worked at first, now I'm not so sure.

Are you saying there is a feature of glob searching that is non-obvious to users like me? I'm not sure editing the wiki is enough to overcome user expectation.

0.0.7 was the very first version of these features!

The empty string for glob can definitely be adjusted to behave as *
