MMM defines the organization’s market positioning, promotes Gitcoin to our target audiences and creates campaigns that demonstrate how potential users and stakeholders benefit by working with us.

🏆 Prize: 400 DAI

We will distribute a total of 300 DAI to the winning submission and 50 DAI for up to two runner-ups.

🥊 Challenge

Contest to write a brilliant, easy to understand guide to move funds from mainnet to Polygon or ZKsync. Make a guide/explainer to help funders to move to Layer 2 to save on gas for Grants Round 13.

The winning submission will most likely be posted on gitcoin.co/blog and have their name or nickname featured.

Submission Requirements

Must contain:

  • A brief description of L2’s.
  • Explain why one should use L2’s for Grants Round 13.
  • ELI5 how to bridge from mainnet to L2’s.
  • Explanation of how you get funds back to mainnet.
  • Explain how to fund a grant with Polygon and ZKsync.
  • Options to directly onramp to L2’s. (https://ramp.network is one example)

Optional:

  • Visuals

Submission should be a Google Doc.

Post your submission in the #mmm-general channel on the Discord. Tag jahnsson#8327 in your post. (If you are new to the server, make sure to first pick a role in the #start-here channel!)

🏁 Winner Announcement Date

Deadline is Feb 10, we will review the submissions and announce winners on Feb 14, according to the rules explained here
