An Instrument is a set of Questions, and a Survey is a set of Responses. A Question can potentially have many Options if a Question has a discrete set of answers that may be possible. A Survey has a corresponding Instrument, which links the Responses back to the Questions.
- Instrument: Set of Questions
- Question: Can potentially have a set of Options
- Option: A potential answer to a Question (for example, for a multiple choice question)
- Survey: Set of Responses. Has an Instrument.
- Response: Participant response to a question.
