Rename "Templates" to something else

Referring to these as "Templates" becomes confusing when discussing Content Block Templates and MODX Templates.

It might be better to rename this to something unique. Ideas are "Presets", "Layout Sets" or "Layout Groups"

It's unlikely we'll change what they're called in CB now for backwards compatibility reasons, but you could change the lexicon via lexicon management if your clients are affected by it.
