"Debug" mode

When first setting up Minotaur, or updating over a major version (1.x -> 2.x), it would be useful to be able to test what file and other project settings would be uploaded to Modrinth without creating version spam for followers or uploading an incorrect file.

Describe the solution you'd like
A flag for "debug" that when set will print out the (would be) new version's data, as well as any changes to the project (featured version, deps, etc).

Describe alternatives you've considered
(Potentially) uploading a version that is just a version bump and maybe deleting it after testing is done.
