Macrodefinitions not correctly added to TranslationUnit

When parsing a library with multiple headers and macro definitions in several of them, the parsed MacroDefinitions are not placed in the correct TranslationUnit.PreProcessedEntities list.

Hmm, not as far as I know.
I've done some hacks for this in my fork though.

@oysteinkrog do you use a 64-bit build of C++#?

By C++#, do you mean clang?
It's been a while since I rebased, but no, I was/am building clang for 32-bit.
As far as I am aware 64-bit is/was not supported? (building on windows).
