How to do download latest version nugget packages 

Hi, I would like to get the lastet version of the nugget packages , but I can't download them from the github.

So is there a place where I could download them, or what are the steps to build the nugget package on my own computer ? 

I know the issue is similar to https://github.com/mono/CppSharp/issues/1709 , but I would really need the newer versions.
