ES Origins Amy v1.0.1 Pre-Release

Mainly here for getting the Github ready, and since it uses V1.0.1 Pre-release files might as well release a Pre-release build here

Fixed:

• Lots of rendering bugs
• Issues with the Hammer Rush not doing any damage at all
• Falling Sprites for All is no longer required

To do:

• Fix a few more Hammer Rush issues
• Endpose palettes
• Add Origins SFX
