Add a Tracking Object for Points

The intention is to have an object that tracks the movement of a given point with a resolution that can be determined.

The selection pattern is "P" and the internal structure is a path given by a number of points, if the base points moves and the distance to the last point is greater than the resolution, the new point is added to the path.
