Why/User Benefit/User Problem
Currently Fenix require users to manually tap on "Open Links in Apps" action to open a site in a third party app. With the dynamically open link in app preference, user can turn on detection so sites are opened in third party app directly.
What/Requirements
Add setting preference in Fenix to allow user to turn on "Open Links in Apps".
Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)
Dynamically open links in apps should work
