"Oops! We had an error." trying to upload an add-on

Describe the problem and steps to reproduce it:

1. Open a URL like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/refined-saved-replies/submit/source-listed to upload an addon
2. Submit the addon

What happened?

Oops! We had an error.

What did you expect to happen?

Not that.

Anything else we should know?

I was getting 502 Bad Gateway errors a few minutes prior trying to log in with Google. They happened 2-3 times then the login was successful (though it did take quite a while).

After a couple refreshes I was able to successfully submit the extension. Though I worry about the errors impacting the submission data in some way. 😬

The upload happened right during a platform deploy, hence the 502. We also identified the (temporary) error, but it seems your submission went through fine. I'm leaving this open for @diox in case there is some other followup to do.
