Changed link text on Privacy Policy Link

It's difficult for many people to hear/see where long URL's is pointing at, espacially if you are using AT. Therefor, instead of linking the url it's better to link the text before it,

Agree, this is going to be part of the cleanup of all the policy text as soon as we have final sign off on those from legal and such

This specific link is gone from our privacy policy since we no longer use web trends. There may well be some other instances of this type of linkage in our privacy policy / legal pages, but in the interest of closing a three year old issue 😄 , I'd like to suggest we file a bugzilla bug if there are any occurrences of this remaining. Thanks!
