[Steps to reproduce]:
Enter an email associated with an existing account in the “Enter Email Address” field.
Click the “Check for Breaches” button.
[Expected results]:
The "Sign In" page is displayed, with the email pre-filled.
[Actual results]:
The “Enter your email” page is displayed.
[Notes]:
This issue is also reproducible for Version B: Opt In, if the checkbox is ticked.
This issue is not reproducible if a breach search has been previously performed (whether using the same email or not) with the checkbox unticked or if a sign-in was previously performed.
This issue is not applicable for Version A: Control.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible using Firefox Beta 75.0b1 Build ID 20200309155231 on Windows 10 (x64) as well as Firefox 68.6.0 on Android 9 (Samsung Galaxy S8).
An email for an existing account is now prefilled.
As a result, I am closing this issue.
