I apologize.
I can't find the exact page on Github where I can leave my request for the Mozilla FireFox web browser.
I will be glad if someone can transfer this application to the correct topic.
In the classic Opera 12.x web browser, you could save (Ctrl+S) an Internet page in the *.mht format.
However, in the FireFox web browser, it is possible to save (Ctrl+S) an Internet page in *.html format.
From here I have two requests:

  • please add the ability to save the page in the *.mht format in the FireFox browser.
  • please add the ability to open/read the page in the *.mht format in the FireFox browser.

And that's why you open an issue in an arbitrary repository that has really nothing to do at all with Firefox? 🤔 Really any search engine would have told you that https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ is the issues tracker for Firefox.

Please close this issue. This application was submitted 20 years ago, but it has not been implemented yet :(
