Increase build timeout for endurance tests #203

Looks like the endurance jobs on staging are being aborted because they're taking longer than 60 minutes. This will be a direct result of #201, so we need to make this a more suitable time. I would suggest 5 hours to give us room for these tests to grow. Ultimately the endurance tests could run over extended periods, once we have the capacity and the tests.

This has landed on staging. Let's see how it goes today and merge to production if everything looks okay.
