Grabs raw source URL, canonical page URL, and author/description
metadata. You can now import a media file by its description page,
such as:

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Caminandes_-_Gran_Dillama_-_Blender_Foundation's_new_Open_Movie.webm

without having to track down the raw URL to use.

Todo:
* need infrastructure for license info
* check whether need to de-HTMLize author/desc?
* figure out how to get the player to use deriviative files
  which may be more suitable than raw source file for online
  work
* support still images
* add icons and stuff
