I've got too many things on my plate to maintain and haven't used Puente in years. I either want to pass on maintenance or end the project.

Current users:

• addons-server: https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/issues/5087
• kuma: https://github.com/mozilla/addons-server/issues/19076
• kitsune: puente: end-of-life mdn/kuma#8064

If no one steps in to take over by May 2022, I'll end Puente.

No one else replied to my issues, so I'm going to end Puente.

Steps:

1. push out one last puente update that updates setup.py, tests, and whatever and also adds a big "This is no longer maintained" message in appropriate places.
2. archive the repository
