Pull request #89 will make the layout-view on ios, so we should spend more time trying to make the reflow actor fully work on ios too, so that the layout-view refreshes as dimensions change.

One good way to test this is:

start with the iDevice in landscape mode
select an element
switch to the layout-view inspector sidebar panel
rotate the device to portrait mode

The layout-view should be automatically refreshed to show the new dimensions.
