Android version: 6
Device: Nexus 5
Webmaker version: 1.5.3

  • create a new project, or open an existing one
  • you will see the map view of the project, centered on one of the pages
  • the blue header says "Project"
  • the centered page is selected
  • the pencil icon is visible below the page
  • dragging the view to pan around the project view
  • pinching the view zooms the view in and out
  • pan to a place where there is an empty space with a "+" icon
  • tap the plus icon, a new blank page will appear in that space
    • the view shifts to place the new page in the center of the view
    • the new page is selected (it has a blue border)
    • a trash icon is next to the pencil icon below the page
  • tap a different page in the project, the view shifts to that page and that page becomes selected
  • tap the trash icon, the selected page is deleted
    • there is now a "+" icon where the page used to be

Adding Elements

  • tap any page in the Project view page to select it
  • tap the pencil icon, the view will change to the Page view
  • there is a plus icon at the bottom of the screen
  • tap the plus icon, the view becomes dark, the plus becomes an X, and three new icons are visible
    • tap the first icon to add a text element
    • repeat the process to add an image element, and a button element
    • tap the X icon to close the dark editing view
  • tap the back arrow, the view returns to the zoomed-out Project view
  • the page you were just editing is centered (if you panned the view before, position remains the same)
    • the elements you added to the page are visible, and are in the same position
