Describe the feature you'd like to request

When viewing a thread of replies, replies by the author of the post being replied to should be shown before replies by other users in order to make reading threads (particularly long or active ones) easier.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

Replies to a post by the author of that post should be shown before replies by other users.
