web-bluetooth

Quick sample to use web Bluetooth. In this case we use heart rate sensor to try cardiac coherence exercice.

##What is cardiac coherence ? Cardiac coherence helps you learn how to control your breathing and anxiety. This technique also reduces depression and blood pressure.

Working on the respiration could control heart rate variations. The objective of heart consistency is to make the beats of this organ more regular.

Cardiac coherence could manage and control stress, the latter being caused by an imbalance. For this, the person must learn to breathe calmly, in rhythm, and to control his breathing.

##Tutorial

First connect your heart sensor.

Then follow the breath wave, inhale (increase period) and exhale (decrease period) and see what happen.
