Docs: Correct WebGLRenderer.readRenderTargetPixels() #13677

The description of WebGLRenderer.readRenderTargetPixels() was not 100% correct. The provided buffer depends on the type of the render targets texture. It is not necessarily an instance of Uint8Array.

The docs now link to MDN where all details are explained.
