Incorrect filter for static patterns

Actual behavior

const matches = await fg(['../files/foo.json', '../files/bar.json']);
console.log(matches);
// Output: [ ]

Expected behavior

const matches = await fg(['../files/foo.json', '../files/bar.json']);
console.log(matches);
// Output: ['../files/foo.json', '../files/bar.json']

Description

When we work with static patterns, we use the ** pattern. Unfortunately, this does not cover cases with relative paths. We have to work with real patterns.
