It would be extremely nice if there would be ready built versions for people who don't have things like rake installed, nor have no use for it. Normal & jQuery version.

The normal version is complete and doesn't need to be built. I have considered changing the stuff that builds the jQuery version to use something JavaScript based (grunt, gulp, whatever), rather than Ruby/Rake based, since I use JavaScript a lot more than Ruby these days.

Optimized with r.js version (minimized) would also be very helpful.

With #64, it's now possible to build the jQuery version without use of Rake.

I am looking into some options for providing different versions of PubSubJS
