Let's see whether the other dependencies are in working order too!
Otherwise we have conflicting IsList instances.
I don't even have the right pandoc installed (it's not available for ubuntu!) so I am not going to be able to generate a modified test case for dot. Fix welcome if someone manages to get it to work locally.
