Marking an entry as Completed doesn't show Completed Date anymore and seems to overwrite Started Date

Thanks for the fix! Not sure if related, but there's another weird bug: if an entry has status Playing/Watching with a specific Started Date, then I change status to Completed, then I change back to Playing/Watching, the original Started Date is overwritten and is replaced by the auto-filled Completed Date.

@dustinvtran When you change the status of an entry to InProgress, it used to automatically change the started date to today's date. I have released d1b1496 which makes it so that the started date is not overriden with today's date if a value already exists for it.
