Navigating to next period is broken for daily grouping #1490

With

  1. Distribution Screen configured with daily grouping
  2. Budget Screen for daily budget

Navigation is broken:

  1. Forward always navigates to 1st of January of next year instead of next day.
  2. Backward works until 1st of January, then displays error "Error while generating title".
